Contact candy-porn-shorts.com
One address handles everything: contact@candy-porn-shorts.com. Put the topic in the subject line, include the page you mean, and we aim to get back to you within a few business days.
How do I contact candy-porn-shorts.com?
Email contact@candy-porn-shorts.com. It's the one address we read and answer from. We reply by email only, so a message claiming to be our support on social media or a chat app isn't from us.
A tag at the start of your subject line sends it to the right pile faster:
| Subject tag | Use it for | Include |
|---|---|---|
| [Correction] | A wrong price, count, date, heat score or description | The page address, the wrong line, the right fact and an official source |
| [DMCA] | A copyright takedown notice | Everything in the six DMCA steps below |
| [Safety] | Anything that worries you about content we cover | The address of our page plus a description of the concern |
| [Press] | Interviews, data questions, quotes | Your outlet and your deadline |
| [Partnership] | Business proposals | Who you are and exactly what you're proposing |
| [Question] | Anything else about this site | The page you're asking about |
Please don't send account passwords, card numbers or ID documents. We never need them, and we can't do anything useful with them.
How do I report a mistake on a page?
Send the page address, the line that's wrong and a link proving the right answer. The best proof comes from official sources: an episode listing on either official site, the Candy AI subscription page, either set of terms, or the help center.
Every report gets checked against those sources before anything changes. If you're right, the page is fixed and its checked date moves to the day we verified the new fact. If two official pages contradict each other, the page will say so rather than pick a side.
Heat disputes are welcome too. Quote the subtitle line you think we misread, since heat is judged only from what the free episodes say; the rules are on the about page, under "How we score heat". Fixes from our own re-checks are listed there as well, so you can see what a correction looks like here.
How do I send a DMCA takedown notice?
Email a notice tagged [DMCA] that covers the six points below, and we'll review it and remove or disable anything that infringes. Before you write, know what we actually host: our own text, series posters and short preview loops that send readers to the official Candy Shorts pages. We don't host, embed or link full episodes.
- Name the protected work, such as a poster design or a piece of writing, that you say we're infringing.
- Paste the exact URL on our site, then point to the specific item on that page: a poster, a loop or a passage of text.
- Add your full name and how to reach you: mailing address, phone and email.
- Include a sentence saying you believe, in good faith, that neither the rights holder, nor its agent, nor the law permits this use.
- Confirm the notice is accurate, and declare, on penalty of perjury, your standing: you hold the right or may act on the holder's behalf.
- Sign it, physically or electronically.
What happens next. We aim to confirm receipt of a complete notice quickly and to act on a valid one ahead of routine mail. If something comes down, we may let the person responsible know, and a counter-notice carrying the matching legal statements can be sent to the same address. Knowingly false notices can create legal liability, so please be sure before sending.
Two things outside our reach. Material hosted on the two official Candy Shorts sites isn't ours to remove; for that, write to EverAI's support team at support@candymail.ai. And we can't take down pirate re-uploads on other sites; those need a notice to whoever hosts them.
Where do billing, refund and account questions go?
To Candy AI, not to us: we can't see, change or refund anyone's account. Subscriptions and tokens are sold by EverAI Limited, which is why your card statement says "EverAI". Write to support@candymail.ai or search the Candy AI help center.
Two rules worth knowing before you write. Candy AI's terms give you a one-day window for a refund request, counted from the payment, and spending more than 20 tokens disqualifies it; only card purchases qualify, though buyers in the EU and UK have a separate 14-day cooling-off right on an initial purchase. Renewal is stopped from inside your account, where Unsubscribe sits at the bottom of Settings under My Profile. Our safety and legitimacy guide goes deeper on both, and our plans and tokens breakdown explains what each tier costs.
How do partnerships and press requests work?
We're open to sensible business and press conversations, and closed to anything that buys an editorial outcome. Tag the email [Partnership] or [Press], say who you are and keep it specific.
Journalists and researchers can ask about our method or our numbers: the 148 series we cover, the heat spread, the tokens it takes to finish a series, or what moved between checks. We'll give you the date behind any figure we share, and we never speak for Candy AI.
What isn't for sale at any price: heat scores, ranking positions, verdicts, sponsored "reviews" dressed as editorial, links to piracy or leak sites, and coverage of the 33 series we exclude. We also don't run guest posts written to sell something.
What if something on Candy Shorts worries you?
Tell Candy AI first, then tell us. Candy AI's age policy runs an 18+ gate with zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, and it is the party that can act on its own content. If anything on the official sites looks to you like it depicts someone under 18, report it to Candy AI and, where it applies, to the authorities where you live.
Then email us with the [Safety] tag. Our practice is to pull coverage of a series while we take a fresh look at any credible report, and our screening already goes further than the official rules: 33 series are left out on purpose because their premises read youth-coded.
How fast will you reply?
Our goal is an answer inside a few business days, with DMCA and safety emails opened first. Treat that as an intention, not a guarantee: this is a small editorial operation, and a tricky correction can take longer to verify than a simple one.
Some emails won't get an answer: spam, abuse, requests for pirate links, and requests to name or cover the series we exclude. Everything else gets read by the editor, Jade Marlowe.
What happens to the email you send us?
We use it to answer you and to log corrections and notices, and that's all. We don't sell addresses, put them on a mailing list or hand them to Candy AI, except where a takedown process requires a notice to be passed on. The site has no accounts, so your email is the only personal detail we'd ever hold about you. Our privacy policy spells out the rest.
Contact FAQ
Can you help me watch locked episodes for free?
No. Guests get the first two episodes of each public series without paying, and anything past that needs Premium or tokens on Candy AI. Our free watching guide shows every legit way to stretch the free start, and the free episodes list shows what's worth playing first.
Do you have a discount code?
We don't publish codes we can't verify. The "70% OFF" timer on the membership sheet restarts whenever the page reloads, so it isn't a real deadline. Your lowest legit price today: twelve months for a single $47.88 payment, displayed on the checkout sheet as $3.99 monthly.
Can I suggest a series for review?
Yes. Tag the email [Question] and include the title. New public series are added once they pass our screen; Spicy titles can only be covered as far as a guest can see them.
Do you accept guest posts?
No. Every page is written to one rulebook under the Jade Marlowe byline, and that consistency is part of what keeps heat scores comparable from one series to the next.
