What do these terms cover, and who is behind this site?

These terms cover your use of candy-porn-shorts.com and nothing else. The site is an independent fan guide to Candy Shorts, the short porn series that Candy AI creates with generative AI. Our pages hold reviews, rankings, series write-ups and small tools such as the story finder and the series comparison, and we send readers to the official service when they want to watch.

EverAI Limited runs the official service and sits on the Maltese business register under number C107181. We are not EverAI Limited, we do not work for it, and it has not approved this site. The editor writes under the pen name Jade Marlowe; the about page explains how we work and how we score heat.

By opening our pages you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, close the tab. This version took effect on October 22, 2026; check that date whenever you come back. Our privacy policy, disclaimer and 2257 statement are separate pages that sit alongside these terms.

Who is allowed to use this site?

Only adults. You need to be at least 18, or older if the age of adulthood where you live is higher. The pages contain explicit sexual language and adult artwork, and the video previews are adult too. If you are under 18, or you live somewhere that bans adults from viewing this material, you are not allowed to use the site and should leave now.

When you arrive, a notice asks you to state that you are an adult. That notice is a self-declaration. It is not an identity check, and we do not verify your age, ask for documents or keep a record of who clicked it. Your confirmation is stored only on your own device (the privacy policy shows how to clear it). Pressing the button means you are telling us the truth about your age, and the responsibility for that statement is yours.

Parents and guardians who want to keep adult sites away from a child should use the filters built into phones, tablets, routers and browsers. A one-click notice cannot replace them, and we say so plainly.

Is this Candy AI? What the site is, and what it is not

No. We are an independent publisher and an affiliate of Candy AI, nothing more. Candy AI, Candy Shorts, EverAI and the names of series and characters stay with their owners. We name them so that readers know what we are describing, the way a magazine names the film it reviews. Using a name here does not mean the owner endorses us.

The practical result is that we cannot touch your subscription, your tokens or your account. We never see your payment details, we cannot refund or cancel anything, and we cannot unlock an episode for you. The table shows where each problem goes.

Your purchase contract is with Candy AI. Its terms, last revised on September 22, 2026, and the candyshorts.com legal page, revised September 30, 2026, both name Maltese law, and nothing we write changes either one. Do I need an account, and does the site cost anything?

No account and no fee. Reading every page is free. Nothing here asks you to register, log in, comment or upload, so there is no profile for you to create and none for us to suspend. The site also has no shop and takes no payments.

A few conveniences work without an account because they live in your browser: the 18+ choice, a Hot list of series you flag, and small marks for series whose watch button you pressed. They stay on your device until you clear them yourself, and the privacy policy lists every item. If your browser blocks this storage, the pages still read normally.

Candy AI has its own accounts. On candy.ai, episode 2 of a series needs a free registration, and locked episodes cost tokens or need Premium. That account belongs to Candy AI and is covered by its terms, not ours. The free guide shows exactly what you can watch without paying.

How do the affiliate links work, and what do they cost me?

Our candy.ai buttons carry affiliate tags: if a purchase follows the click, Candy AI pays us a commission, and what you pay is untouched. The links are marked as sponsored in the page code and open in a new tab. When we cite a fact we may link the Candy AI help center or candyshorts.com instead, and those citations earn nothing.

The commission pays for the time it takes to check every series and update every date. It does not decide our scores. Heat is an explicitness rating built on the public criteria on the about page, and we say so when a series is soft, short or poor value for money. You are free to ignore our buttons and type candy.ai into your browser yourself; we just ask that you read our verdict first.

Button wording is not fixed. The same button can show different phrasing on different visits so that we can learn which wording is clearest, and we count how often buttons are seen and pressed in totals that cannot identify you. The mechanics are explained in the privacy policy.

Prices are set by Candy AI and can move without warning. The number on the checkout screen wins over any number on our pages, which is why the pricing guide carries a check date.

Can I rely on the prices, episode counts and heat scores?

Treat them as a carefully checked guide, then check the real checkout screen before paying. We checked the facts on our pages as a guest on October 22, 2026, with no purchase and no login, which means we have not watched locked episodes and never describe what they contain. Prices, token costs, Top 10 lists, New badges and release plans change on Candy AI's side, sometimes within days. The help center itself says release dates are not guaranteed.

Heat scores, picks and rankings are our opinion, written to help you choose, and we do not claim they match anyone else's taste. Where we are unsure we say so; where a fact cannot be seen as a guest we leave it out. If you find something that is out of date, tell us, and we will fix it as fast as we can. The disclaimer says more about the limits of what we publish.

What am I allowed to do with the content on this site?

You may read it, link to it and quote a few lines, as long as the quote links back to the page it came from. That is personal, non-commercial use, and we are happy for you to share a page with a friend or post a link on a forum.

You may not do the following without our written permission:

• copy our articles, tables, rankings or series descriptions in bulk onto another site, app or feed;
• use scrapers or other automated tools to harvest the site, its search index or its preview media;
• embed or hotlink our images and loops from your own pages, or frame our pages inside another site;
• pass our work off as yours, or remove the credit and links that come with it;
• use our pages to build a catalog of pirated or downloaded episodes.

Our reviews and guides are original writing and belong to the site. The series artwork and video belong to Candy AI or its licensors, and the creator names and likenesses belong to the performers. Posters, stills and short preview loops on our pages are hosted by us only to promote the official service, and they are not licensed to you for any other use. Candy AI's terms also bar saving or re-sharing its episodes, and we host no full episode at all. If you are a rights holder and want a file removed or credited differently, write to us and read the steps on the contact page.

What must I not do on this site?

Do not harm the site, other readers or anyone else. Specifically, you agree not to:

• send us, upload or link to any sexual material involving anyone under 18, or any content that is illegal where you live or where we operate;
• try to break, overload or probe the site, or inject code into it;
• fake views or clicks on our buttons, for example with scripts, bots or click farms, since that corrupts the totals we rely on;
• pretend to be us, Candy AI, a performer or another person in a message to us or on another site;
• use our name or pages to sell stolen or pirated episodes, mod apps or fake coupon codes.

If anyone sends us material that breaks these rules we will delete it, and we reserve the right to hand it to the proper authorities. We may also block traffic that looks automated or abusive. The same goes for conduct that puts the safety of readers at risk, such as phishing pages that borrow our look.

What about links to other sites, and who handles my payment?

Once you leave for either official site you are on someone else's property, where their terms and privacy rules apply. Candy AI processes the payments. Their checkout shows card, Apple Pay and other methods depending on your location, and the charge appears on a bank statement as "EverAI". We receive none of your card data.

We never ask for your Candy AI email, password or card number, by email, by form or by chat. If any page that looks like ours asks for them, it is not ours. Our guides explain how full episodes reach you legitimately, how the web app install works and how to spot scams in the legitimacy check. We do not control other sites and cannot answer for what they publish or how they behave.

What if the site is wrong, offline or changes?

We offer the site in its current state, with no promise that it will stay online, stay complete or be free of mistakes. We may rewrite, move, merge or delete pages at any time, add or drop series as the official catalog changes, and switch features on or off. Series disappear, new ones appear weekly, and we update our pages on our own schedule.

As far as the law where you live permits, we accept no liability for losses that follow from trusting our pages, from following a link to another site, or from the site being down. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law gives you and that cannot be waived, and nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. We did not name a court or a governing law for disputes with readers; if something goes wrong, write to us first, because most problems are solved with one email.

How will you tell me when these terms change?

We replace the text on this page and move the effective date. We may revise the terms when the site gains a feature, when the law or Candy AI's offer changes, or when a section turns out to be unclear. Carrying on after a revision means you accept the new wording. For a change that matters, we will add a plain note under the heading that says what moved. If you prefer the old rules, you can stop using the site at any point.
