Our catalog holds 734 public episodes in 136 series, while candyshorts.com lists 928 overall as of October 25, 2026. The official site carries 165 public series. As of October 26, 2026, we leave 29 of them out on purpose because their premises lean on youth-coded roles, and we skip five Spicy titles for the same reason, which is why our totals run smaller than Candy AI's.

Of our 734, 272 are free ones (a pair per series) and the rest are locked ones. That split is the most useful number on this page: roughly 37 percent of the catalog plays before anyone asks for money, and in a typical five-parter you get two fifths of the plot for nothing.

That's a quickie, not a feature, and I suspect it's deliberate: these are built to be watched on a phone with your other hand busy. Which Candy Shorts series have the most episodes?

Thirty chapters make Yes Ma'am the marathon of the catalog. Nothing else gets close: the runners-up stop at 15. For a story that has room to breathe, these eight are the only public series that go beyond five.

Yes Ma'am earns its length. Diana Demont plays an officer whose husband happens to be the Colonel, and before the second chapter is over she has a recruit on his knees scrubbing mud off her office floor while she showers, then summons him for "a surprise." It's a femdom slow burn with five dubbed voice tracks, French through Portuguese, it carries the New flag, and it held number 7 on Candy AI's weekly Top 10 rail on October 22.

Caught Between Sisters is the hottest of the long ones at heat 3: one careless afternoon on a boat with a step-cousin produces a blackmail photo, and the free chapters already imply two hookups. Mona's Worst Enemy gives you 15 chapters of Mona Newman trading crude insults with her stepbrother, which is either your favorite flavor of foreplay or deeply annoying.

What happens at episode 3, and what does it cost?

Every public series locks at episode 3, with candy.ai pricing that third chapter at 12 tokens, or 30 if a creator twin stars. The wall stands in the same spot on both official sites, but it looks different on each one.

• candyshorts.com: the opening pair plays for anybody, no login involved. Tap the third and a "Join Membership" sheet slides up showing three plans.
• candy.ai: visitors can start the opener, but the second chapter insists on a free registration, which costs nothing beyond an email address. Past that point, every chapter shows its token price beside an unlock box that promises "Watch in HD" and "Yours forever."

And the membership itself? This is where the official wording gets slippery. The candyshorts.com terms, revised September 30, 2026, describe a "limited number" of episodes bundled with a subscription, with anything beyond that sold for tokens. The upsell inside the candy.ai player, by contrast, reads "Unlock all premium episodes." I can't tell you which statement wins without a paid account, and I refuse to guess. So every budget on this page runs on tokens, specifically Premium's monthly 100-token allowance, and anything the membership covers on top counts as a bonus.

Now set that against one month of Premium tokens:

• Eight standard locked chapters fit inside a single month (96 tokens). That's two complete five-parters plus chapters 3 and 4 of a third.
• One creator series fits exactly (90 tokens), and the leftover won't stretch to another 30-token chapter.
• Yes Ma'am needs 336 tokens, so four monthly allowances on the base plan.
• Everything public, as of October 25, 2026 all 462 locked chapters total about 6,300 tokens. At 100 a month that's more than five years of allowance. Premium Plus, which hands out 330 a month, would get there in roughly 19 months.

On the annual plan you pay $47.88 once, which is how Candy AI arrives at its $3.99 monthly headline, and that's the cheapest legitimate way to receive the allowance. Top-up token packs are sold as well, though their prices stay hidden until you log in. Why do creator series cost 30 tokens per episode?

Creator series star licensed digital twins of real porn stars, and Candy AI asks 30 tokens, not 12, for each of their locked chapters. Length stays the same: every one of the 14 public creator series is a five-parter with the standard two-plus-three split, so the ending costs 90 tokens where an ordinary series costs 36.

You're paying for the name on the poster. Riley Reid (six series on our site), Mia Malkova (four), Asa Akira, Bonnie Blue and Lexi Luna (two apiece) and Sophie Dee (one) all signed deals so Candy AI could build twins of them, and each series is written around its star's persona. Some earn the surcharge. Some are 90 tokens of innuendo.

• Student Bodies (Bonnie Blue, heat 4) is the creator title I'd buy first. Its free chapters lay out a one-day record attempt involving about 100 men in graphic terms, with the shy guy behind the camera promised the finale.
• My Wife's Best Friend (Riley Reid, heat 3) turns explicit in chapter two, with Riley reminding the husband he once got hard to her videos while his wife watched along.
• My One-Night Stand Is My Girlfriend's Mom (Asa Akira, heat 3) turns a Miami hookup into a family dinner and ends its free run with a laundry-room quickie while the girlfriend calls through the house.

Heat 3 follows the same pattern: ten series at 36, three creator titles at 90, and Caught Between Sisters at 156 for its thirteen locked chapters.

My rule of thumb after a lot of my own spending: if a free chapter already ends mid-act, the 36 tokens are safe money. If it ends on a wink and a closing door, sample another series first.

Do Candy Shorts episodes have titles, trailers or seasons?

No titles, no trailers and no seasons. Chapters are labeled "Episode 1," "Episode 2" and onward. On October 22, 2026 I checked the trailer flag on all 908 episodes on candyshorts.com and it was switched off for every one, so Candy AI publishes no official trailers. The free chapters are the trailer.

Seasons don't exist either. Yes Ma'am counts from 1 to 30 in one unbroken list. So when a third-party upload calls itself "Season 2," "Part 3 Full" or "Complete Season," the uploader invented that label, which is a decent sign the upload isn't legitimate. What does the New Episodes badge actually mean?

On October 22, 2026, 18 series on candy.ai wore a badge reading "New" on phones and "New Episodes" on desktop. candyshorts.com flagged 17 series the same way in its code but displayed no badge on its cards. The extra one on candy.ai was a Spicy title we don't cover.

On that date fourteen series on our site carried the flag. That included all eight arrivals from that week, among them Nate's paid stint in Boss Paid Me to Watch His Wife, a cabin double booking with a hot tub at Lodge 69 Was Double Booked, plus Antonella Larrea gatecrashing a royal wedding week (The Prince's Last Week Unwed). Then there are the bickering stepsiblings from My Step-Sister Can't Resist Me. Yes Ma'am carried the flag too, even though it already runs to 30 chapters. That fits the desktop wording: the badge advertises fresh episodes, not necessarily a fresh series.

Ignore the smaller red labels inside an episode list, though. On candy.ai that day, 572 of the 586 locked chapters I looked at wore a red "New" tag, which makes it close to useless as a freshness signal. How often do new Candy Shorts episodes come out?

Candy AI advertises weekly drops, yet its help center admits there's no guaranteed release calendar. The candy.ai home banner promises fresh episodes each week, and candyshorts.com describes itself the same way in its page description. The support article is more cautious and declines to commit to any release timetable.

Here's what actually moved in my own log. Between October 20 and October 22, 2026, the public catalog grew from 153 series to 161, and nothing was removed. All eight newcomers launched as five-parters with the usual free pair, including the garter-fixing wedding tease My Son's Fiancée, Delilah Kane's stormy sleepover (I Couldn't Say No To My Stepsister), plus the broken-leg stepmom story above.

The same check caught a clean-up. Ten series that used to display 20 chapter slots now show 5, because the poster-less placeholders for chapters 6 to 20 vanished. My Step-Sister's Dormitory is one of them, so any site still claiming it has 20 is quoting a stale page. Others in that group include Room Service, Midnight Compartment and Yes Professor.

My read: new series arrive in batches, and the weekly promise is marketing rather than a contract. If you're waiting for a specific five-parter to grow, there's no official date to wait for.

How long does it take to binge a whole series?

A five-parter takes under ten minutes, and Yes Ma'am takes under an hour. Those are ceilings based on the two-minute rule. The right-hand column shows what you'd get if every chapter matched the median free episode in my subtitle log, so the truth for most binges lands between the two.

Two practical notes. The official player offers playback speeds between 0.5x and 2x, so a rewatch at double speed halves those times while the subtitles keep pace. And because each chapter is so short, the real time sink isn't watching; it's tapping between chapters and unlock screens. Are paid episodes longer than the free ones?

Nobody outside Candy AI can say for certain, and I won't pretend otherwise. Locked chapters send no video file to visitors who haven't paid, so I have zero subtitle data for them. The help center's two-minute line covers episodes in general, which suggests the paid ones sit in the same window, but that's the only official clue.

Here's what the free chapters do show: they vary enormously in how much actually happens. Y.U.N.A. has so few lines in its free subtitles that its second chapter amounts to a couple rushing out for a tennis date. Dad's New Girlfriend gets by on a coffee-counter exchange of a handful of lines in its opener. Meanwhile Step-Sister's Secret crams a whole therapy-couch confession into the same runtime, with explicit talk about being wet and a stepsister's mouth on a man. Runtime tells you nothing about heat; our heat score does.

If anyone offers "extended cuts" or "uncut full-length versions," walk away. The official catalog lists only numbered chapters, and neither candy.ai nor candyshorts.com shows any longer or alternate edit. The uncensored guide deals with the related myths about secret, hotter versions.

How many episodes do the Spicy series have?

Guests can't see it, so neither can we. The Spicy shelf on candy.ai holds 17 Premium-only series, 12 of them on our site, each stamped with a flame badge reading "Spicy — adult content." Without Premium you get a blurred, darkened poster plus an invitation to sign up, and the series frame refuses to load instead of showing a chapter list.

That means no public count, no token price and no free chapters for titles like Accident with My Stepmom, which sat at number 1 on the weekly Top 10 rail on October 22, or My Girlfriend's Stepsister at number 6. Even Riley Reid's Spicy entry (Blackout At My Yacht Party) is sealed just as tightly.

A blank cell beats a made-up number. Once we can verify the counts from inside a Premium account, they'll appear on each series page and in the Spicy ranking. Until then, the honest budgeting rule for Spicy is simple: you need Premium before you need tokens.

Which free episodes should you watch first?

Start with the series whose free chapters already go all the way, then work down the heat scale. Every public series hands you two chapters for nothing, but the payoff varies wildly. Here's my order of attack, using our 1 to 5 heat score:

1. Every Wife on Candy Lane, where a plumber meets a cul-de-sac of bored wives, three of whom line up to share him before the second chapter ends. Heat 4.

Then use the long runners as your slow burn. Caught Between Sisters gives you 15 chapters of blackmail and step-cousin sex for 156 tokens, the best story-per-token deal in the catalog if you like plot with your porn.
