2257 statement: AI-generated, fictional adults only
Everything this site promotes is AI-generated and shows fictional adults. No human performer was filmed for any of it, we make no original footage of actual sexually explicit conduct, and we host no uploads from readers. Statement dated October 22, 2026.
What does this 2257 statement say?
It says six plain things about candy-porn-shorts.com, and each is a factual statement about how the site works. The site is an independent fan guide to Candy Shorts, the short porn series run by Candy AI. Here is what we state as of October 22, 2026:
- All content the site promotes is AI-generated.
- Every character shown is an invented adult.
- Nobody real acts in these scenes, and no human performer was filmed for them.
- Where a real performer is named, her likeness is licensed by her to Candy AI, the operator of the official service.
- We produce no original visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct, and we host no user uploads.
- Questions about record-keeping for the official content go to Candy AI.
The rest of this page explains each point, so you can judge it yourself. For how we handle reader data, see our privacy policy; for the rules of using the site, see the terms of use.
What is section 2257, and why does this page exist?
Section 2257 is a United States federal law, found in Title 18 of the U.S. Code, about record-keeping for sexually explicit images of real performers. In plain terms, it is written for people who make certain explicit photographs and videos of actual performers: they must check each performer's identity and age, keep those records and say where they are kept. Its wording is about visual depictions of "actual sexually explicit conduct". Many adult sites publish a 2257 page, so that visitors can see what the site produces and what it does not.
That is the reason for this page. We are not a lawyer, this page is no legal advice, and it makes no claim about what a court would decide. We are telling you the facts about what we make and host, and the facts are short: no real performer has worked on anything we make, because we make no filmed content. Other countries have their own rules, which we leave out here.
Is everything on this site AI-generated?
Yes. Every episode, poster, still and preview loop we promote comes from AI-generated series. Candy AI describes its Shorts as brief cinematic videos made with AI, and no cast of actors appears in them. The characters, the settings and the scenes are all created with AI software and released by Candy AI.
We have not mixed real photographs or filmed footage into any of it. When you see a face on this site, it was generated. When you see a body, it was generated too. If you spot a strange hand or a flicker in a face, that is the technology at work, and it is a good reminder of what you are watching. For what the episodes contain and how the heat levels work, read our plain explainer on the porn question.
Are the characters real people or fictional adults?
Fictional adults, all of them. A name such as Holly Donovan or Margot Vey belongs to a character, and the character exists only as an AI creation, in the series and as a chat persona on Candy AI. No character stands for a living person, and each one is written as an adult. You can browse them on our characters page.
The premises are role-play fantasies: step-family set-ups, affairs, bosses, weddings, royal courts. In every case both sides of the story are adult characters. We also apply our own screen. Of the 182 official series, we cover 148, and we leave out the rest because their premises read as youth-coded to us. They stay unnamed and unlinked here. We hold ourselves to that rule on our own initiative, and we keep it on purpose.
What about the real performers named on this site?
They are named because the official service offers licensed digital twins of them, and none of them acted in the scenes. A digital twin is an AI character built on a performer's licensed likeness. The performers license that likeness to Candy AI, and Candy AI's help center states that the creator is a partner in her twin and has consented to it. The twin may look and sound like her, yet the scene contains no real performer.
Six creators have series in Candy Shorts. The numbers below come from the official creator directory as it stood on October 22, 2026.
| Creator | Series on candy.ai | Our page |
|---|---|---|
| Riley Reid | 7 | Riley Reid |
| Mia Malkova | 4 | Mia Malkova |
| Lexi Luna | 3 | Lexi Luna |
| Bonnie Blue | 2 | Bonnie Blue |
| Asa Akira | 2 | Asa Akira |
| Sophie Dee | 1 | Sophie Dee |
That added up to 19 series on that date, 14 of them public and 5 on the Spicy shelf. Examples with a creator's name in the title are Our Host Is Riley Reid and My Stepmom Mia Malkova Needs a Date. The creators page explains how each twin works. Naming a performer here does not imply that she endorses this site, and a named twin is not a statement that she filmed anything for it.
Who makes the videos, and what do we publish ourselves?
Candy AI makes the videos. We publish reviews, rankings and a small set of promotional media, and we produce no original visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct. The operator of the official service is EverAI Limited, a Maltese company listed on the business register under number C107181. Its full registered address is printed in the candy.ai terms.
The only visual media on our pages are the following, and each one comes from the AI-generated official series.
| Media on this site | What it is |
|---|---|
| Posters | The official cover art for a series, stored on our server |
| Stills | Single frames used to illustrate a page |
| Preview loops | Short, silent, repeating clips that tease a series |
| Full episodes | None. No episode is hosted or embedded here |
| Photographs or video we shot | None |
These files are there to promote the official service and to point you to it, and they belong to Candy AI or its licensors. The disclaimer covers ownership, and the terms of use forbid copying them. To watch a full episode you need candy.ai or candyshorts.com, and our full-episodes guide says why copies elsewhere are a trap.
Do we host user uploads, live shows or chat?
No. Readers cannot upload photos or videos here. The site has no accounts, no comments, no forums, no private messaging, no cams and no live streams. Our only inbound channel is an email address, and we do not publish what readers send. Chat with AI characters happens on candy.ai under Candy AI's rules, not on this site.
If an email ever arrives with images or video that someone wants us to publish or review, we will not publish it. A message with sexual material involving anyone under 18 is deleted and not forwarded to anyone except the proper authorities where we have a duty or a right to do so.
Where are performer age records kept, and who is the custodian?
This site holds no performer records, and it names no custodian of records for the simple reason that it has no performers. No real person was filmed for us, so there is no identification document to examine, no date of birth to log and no file to keep. Were we to publish photographs or video of real performers, this is where a records address would appear. We do not, so none appears.
Anything on this site that looks like a real performer is an AI image or a licensed twin made by Candy AI, never a picture we took. Should that change, this page would say so first, and the material would not appear until it did.
Where do I send record-keeping questions about the official content?
To Candy AI. The company that produces and runs the series is the right source for anything about its content, its licenses with the creators and any records it keeps. Write to the operator, EverAI Limited, at its registered address in Malta, or use its support desk at support@candymail.ai. You can also read Candy AI's own 2257 page, which shows a revision date of February 14, 2025, and its policy on under-18 users, which describes an 18+ age gate and zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material.
Because the first of those pages carries that date, ask Candy AI directly if you need a current statement that covers the licensed creator twins. We pass questions on only when you ask us to, and we cannot answer for the operator. The candyshorts.com legal page and the candy.ai terms, which name Maltese law, are linked from our terms of use.
What is our rule about anyone under 18?
Zero tolerance. Every character we write about is an adult, we do not cover series whose premises read as youth-coded, and we do not accept, publish or link to sexual material involving anyone under 18. The site is meant only for adults, and the arrival notice asks each visitor to declare that they are one. That notice is a self-declaration, so we are not claiming it works like an identity check.
If you come across sexual material involving a child anywhere on the internet, report it to the police or to the national hotline where you live. In the United States that is the NCMEC CyberTipline. If you meet something like it on this site, email us at once and we will remove it and take it further as needed.
What should I do if something here looks wrong?
Email contact@candy-porn-shorts.com and tell us which page and what you saw. That includes a claim you think is false, a file you think should not be here, a performer's name used in a way that looks wrong and a rights-holder request. We check each report against the official sources and fix what is ours. If the problem is with the official content itself, we point you to Candy AI, since only the operator can change it. The contact page lists the steps for rights-holder notices and tells you what to include. We act as quickly as we can but cannot promise a fixed reply time.
What is this statement not?
It is not legal advice, and it is not a statement by Candy AI. Do not read it as a ruling on what any law demands of anyone; it cannot stand in for a lawyer. It records what this particular site makes, hosts and does as of October 22, 2026. When something changes, such as a new feature that stores user material or a new kind of media, we will update this page before the change goes live and move the date at the top. The about page explains who is behind the site and how we work.
2257 statement FAQ
Is anything on candy-porn-shorts.com filmed with real people?
No. Every poster, still and preview loop comes from AI-generated series, and we shot no photographs or video of our own. No human performer took part in any of it, and that includes the series that feature licensed creator twins, which are AI characters built on licensed likenesses.
Are the real pornstars in the series actually performing in the episodes?
No. Real performers license their likeness to Candy AI so that a digital twin can appear in the AI-generated episodes. The twin looks like her, but she did not film the scene. The creators page lists the six creators and their series.
Who is the custodian of records for this site?
The site has none to name, since no real performer made any of our material and we hold no performer records. For records about the official series, ask the company that runs the service, EverAI Limited in Malta, through Candy AI's support desk.
Do you accept photos or videos from readers?
No. There is no upload feature, no comment box and no account system, and we do not publish anything readers email us. Sexual material involving anyone under 18 is never accepted and will be deleted.
Where do I send questions about how the official episodes are made?
To Candy AI. It produces the series and holds any records about them. Use support@candymail.ai or the contact details on its own legal pages. For corrections to our pages, write to contact@candy-porn-shorts.com.
